Program Description
Summit+ is the perfect combination of Strength and Cardio in a class format. The format is simple: Strength/Power work followed by an effective Cardio Conditioning workout (MetCon). You can expect straightforward exercises that you can scale up or down as needed, a challenging cardio workout, and expert coach guidance.
In an effort to offer an additional day of Strength work for our athletes, we added this class to our schedule as a great pairing with Strength+ or Power+ throughout the week.
