Program Description
Power+ is a fantastic blend of Cardio Conditioning, Endurance, Dynamic Movement, Power, and Agility. You can expect a solid cardiovascular challenge, fun and varied formats that are different each day, and a good bit of sweat! We will often incorporate functional stability work between cardio bouts, helping enhancing your technique/form while under fatigue. Feeling a bit de-conditioned? Or that your endurance needs some work? This is the class for you. Expert coaching and the ability to scale the workout up or down delivers a great workout for any ability level.
