Coaching Philosophy:

Everyone who steps up to challenge themselves physically has a different “why” behind what keeps them coming back. My belief is that by supporting those that come to me for help, I can ensure that they get closer to understanding their “why.” This “why” will ebb and flow throughout the seasons of life we find ourselves in, but by connecting with it and being intentional, hard-working, and mindful, we can reveal the best version of ourselves.

Experience:

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington

University in 2026. During my time at WWU, I raced mountain bikes professionally across North America, competing in Enduro and XC disciplines. Additionally, I’ve coached with Galbraith Gravity Racing for the past four years and continue to develop young individuals into well-rounded athletes and great people. While a lot of my experience comes from seeking out performance gains for competition, I seek to expand my perspectives and coaching methods by working to support healthy, active lifestyles that can exist for years to come.

The Rad Stuff:

I was born and raised in Connecticut before I moved to Washington for school in 2022, and I have been fortunate to travel to some beautiful places to race my bike. I am eternally grateful for the wonderful access to the outdoors that I have experienced in my lifetime. I love getting out to ride! Whether that is in the woods on my MTB, commuting around town, or suffering on some hill repeats – they all feed the appreciation I have for two-wheeled machines. I enjoy doing trail work during those periods of the year where the sun seems to never come out. I also appreciate those late-summer hikes out in the county while stopping to eat trailside berries as much as possible. Baking bread and cooking great food have been super important to me since I moved to Bellingham, and I am more than happy to share my recipes and ideas about food and how important it is for fueling us physically, socially and mentally.
