Coaching Philosophy:

As a former D1 football player I found myself in a ton of pain and not all the pain was a result of football, some of it from the weightlifting itself.

Being in constant pain inspired me to develop the Sequence of Muscle Firing (SMF), a training system I created in graduate school that focuses on improving the order in which muscles activate during lifts.

My mission is to help athletes move more efficiently, develop explosive strength, improve stability, and reduce muscle and joint pain through movement mechanics and muscle activation.

I also offer RPR (reflexive performance reset) bodywork, a neurological release to maximize muscle firing and alleviate chronic pain.
