Personal training at Trailhead Athletics is just that – personal. Sessions are specifically designed to meet your personal fitness requirements, limitations and goals. All of our training begins with a full fitness assessment to develop a clear starting point and to set short-term and long-term training goals. Your success is our main goal and we will take the time to listen, observe and review your needs to make sure that Trailhead Athletics is the best fit for you. Working one on one, our focus is solely on you and your goals for each and every session. We include a holistic approach to fitness training that includes cardiovascular & muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and nutrition. We believe that everyone can benefit from seeing a personal trainer - multiple times per week or even as little as once every few months.

Personal Training sessions are generally sixty (60) minutes. Whether you are looking for a single session of instruction for new exercise ideas to spice up your workout routine or looking to achieve serious weight loss or performance goals, we offer personal training packages that will get you there.

We use our professional expertise to create the best program to help you succeed whether your focus is improving for your next triathlon, shaving minutes off your 10k or keeping up with your kids. Don’t be surprised if we include exercises and training tools that you might not expect. Core strength, balance, flexibility and strength training are key to improving your function and performance and at Trailhead Athletics we make it both fun and effective!

Personal Training Packages range from one (1) session to thirty (30) and range from $50-65/session depending on the package you choose.

Compass Class ($65)

Find the right direction with this mandatory session for all new Trailhead athletes.

  • Includes full baseline fitness review (strength, flexibility, goal setting) and base knowledge session.
  • All participants must fill in the attached form and release before beginning our program.
