If you are in the middle of your competitive season one weekly class allows you to maintain a base level of strength while acknowledging the intensity of your other events.

2x/week

This is the perfect amount of training to complement an already active life. You will gain functional strength, balance and agility to reduce the chance of injury and improve performance in your other activities.

3x/week

An ideal choice if you crave the motivation of a group, love the variety of our classes and want to make some serious health gains.

Unlimited

Your schedule is flexible. Enjoy back to back workouts or weeks with more time to train with us. You are serious about reaching a new level of fitness.
