Find your success with our FAST™ class! At just 45 minutes, these high energy workouts are targeted, fun and as competitive as you make them.

With an athlete-trainer ratio of 4:1 and a maximum class size of just 8 people, our targeted FAST™ classes are the ticket to your success! Compete against yourself, the clock or your classmates. Our format allows you to safely inject intensity into your workouts and makes every session fun! You’ll push yourself in a way you never would on your own. Our group classes run for 11 weeks and are specifically periodized to maximize results. Progressive muscle overload followed by appropriate recovery creates the most effective physical adaptation. We take the guesswork out of that process for you with our targeted training sessions.

We choose exercises and activities specifically so they are multi-joint for their ability to challenge your whole body, rather than just one muscle group at a time. We maximize your efforts & your time through compound exercises that develop functional improvements and performance gains for your other activities. How is Trailhead Athletics different?

With an increasing trend towards attending fitness boot camps or crossfit classes, we feel people need a more carefully designed workout.

  1. Our classes are designed to develop strength, agility and power, all things that take time. Our 11 week program gives you the opportunity to see real results from your efforts.
  2. Our classes are periodized with big efforts and built in recovery so your body can adapt and grow stronger from the class workload. By creating cycles of effort throughout the year your body is challenged in different ways, keeping your workout routine fresh and your body improving.
  3. Our athlete to trainer ratio of 4:1 is unheard of in group exercise. The increased attention provides the highest levels of safety, education, motivation.
  4. With smaller classes you will develop a community of like-minded classmates who will be there to support you, challenge you and motivate you.
  5. Our trainers understand that you train for other activities. Our programs are designed to coordinate with most competitive seasons but we can modify your workouts within the class setting to accommodate your competitive schedule.
