  • Class size is generally limited to 7 participants. You must sign up in advance to ensure your time slot.
  • Bring a small towel and water bottle to class. We have lots of filtered water.
  • Wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes.
  • If the weather is dry, be prepared to venture outside during some classes.

FLEX/CORE

This class is designed specifically to work on those aspects of training we often ignore, flexibility and core strength. The perfect end to your week, this class incorporates aspects of yoga, pilates, ball and balance training.
